Principle For Building a Large Network Marketing Organization

building network marketing organization

If you are in Network Marketing or thinking about joining a Network Marketing company I would assume you want to build a large organization.  Part of the allure of being involved in this industry is creating a wonderful income that brings about freedom and change in your lifestyle but also the ability to affect change in a large number of people.  To be able to do either of those things you need to build large organization.

While building a large network marketing organization is certainly the desire of many people I think many people miss the principles that will get them there.  I recently read, Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and in it he shares a story that I think is a great analogy for building a large Network Marketing organization.

I made a video where I share this analogy and how I think understanding this principle can help you build your network marketing business.

I would love to hear your comments on this.   If you are a Network Marketer have you found building your foundation has helped you build a long term business?

  2. Angela,
I agree you need a strong foundation. Thanks for sharing the analogy. It has been a long time since I read “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”. I had forgotten about that analogy.

I didn’t get into personal development until I got into network marketing. I know I would not have had the success I have had if it weren’t for developing those skills.

I read a few books of Kiwasaki, also the “School for Business” there he’s talks mainly about network marketing. After I tried it myself, of my conclusion is that
network marketing works for everyone – but not everyone is suitable for network marketing :-)

    Hi Angela

I love you Analogy and i so agree with you
so many people think it is easy and the will get a lot of
people fast, But they dont build a good and Strong Foundation.

What they also do it to join every MLM out there and thing
the money will just flow in and if you do that is is like
try to drive 2 cars at the same time and you cant.

    Thanks and great Video.

    Hi Angela,
Many thanks for putting together all information about network marketing in this video ! Great video and great analogy. I strongly believe in building a strong foundation so that we can make it big in MLM. It has to always start from us and we must have a clear goal of what type of organization we want to build for our business. Once all is clearly written down we can implement the strategy to bring it to where we want to go. I love the word you mentioned in your video about understand this and understand that…this is so powerful ! Understanding is the important and I agree with you in all that you said in your video :-)

You have made it so easy to understand and you give me new idea to pass this same message to people who wants to build large business but hesitate to get involved in network marketing.

Thank you for your effort to bring up this video to share with everyone of us :-)

    Cheers
    Pearly

  8. Great post, Angela! You are so right about the need to build a foundation. I’ve heard this often as a metaphor for a tree and the roots that it needs in order to grow. I think that it definitely does our industry a disservice when people talk about it as something that should get a lot of money quick. However, I remember reading something from my friend Michael Oliver that if we just find one quality business partner a month, and teach that person to do the same thing every month, by the end of a year, there will be over 4000 people in your downline. That certainly sounds a lot better to me than getting mad at people for not starting off with 20 members right off the bat. At the risk of mixing my metaphors, I’d rather be the tortoise, because in this industry, the hare gets tired so fast it doesn’t get anywhere at all before stopping.
